Terms and Conditions
- Prices for adults and children are per person per day and include all the suites on the Tenuta.
- You will receive free information on all the facilities in and around Versilia. You will also be able to take part in the experiences that the Tenuta provides both on site and with transfers.
- Your room will be available from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m.; on your departure we kindly ask you to vacate it by 12 a.m. noon.
- The swimming pool will only be available for hotel guests. The expected closing period will be: 01 November 2023 – 30 April 2024.
- Late check-out: upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to use the room until 4 p.m. on the day of departure; we will be happy to provide you with information about additional charges.
- The tourist tax of Euro 1.50 per person per night (from 14 years of age) is not included in the indicated price but paid separately.
- All prices and information have been checked. However, misprints, errors and changes are reserved. If the prices stated in the written booking confirmation differ from the current price list, in case of doubt, the prices and conditions of the current price list always apply.
- Upon request, your four-legged friends are welcome at the Tenuta Zamparina for an extra charge per day. Please contact reception for more information.
- All our suites are non-smoking rooms.
- You can pay your bill by debit card, credit card and bank transfer. Cash payment is not possible.
- Should you have to cancel your holiday, we are of course very sorry. In this case, please inform us in good time.
The cancellation conditions according to the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382) apply: Cancellations received up to 30 days before the arrival date are not subject to cancellation charges. If the cancellation is received in the last 7 days before the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. The same applies to early departures. There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Code. Unused services will not be refunded.
